HSINCHU, TAIWAN – November 26, 2024-ASPEED Technology’s Cupola360 smart patrol solution has propelled Foxconn Industrial Internet’s Bac Giang facility to earn Vietnam’s first-ever “Lighthouse Factory” designation by the World Economic Forum (WEF).
This milestone showcases the transformative potential of AI-driven panoramic monitoring and smart manufacturing.
The Cupola360 solution integrates ASPEED’s proprietary 720-degree immersive imaging technology with third-party AI analytics, enabling real-time anomaly detection, remote patrols, and virtual tours.
This reduces reliance on traditional SCADA systems and supports ESG goals by minimizing travel-related carbon emissions.

The Bac Giang facility has reported a 190% boost in labor productivity, 99.5% on-time delivery rates, and a 45% reduction in manufacturing costs.
