
The forum will be held from September 17 to 19 at the Kazan Expo International Exhibition Center. The organizers are the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications, and Mass Media of the Russian Federation and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan.
This year’s key theme is “Technological Leadership through Artificial Intelligence: New Horizons and Challenges.” Participants will be able to visit the exhibition with an area of 20 thousand square meters, more than 100 sections, round tables and master classes, technical visits, and excursions.
The organizers expect more than 20,000 participants — manufacturers and users of digital technologies, software, and high-tech products from 60 countries. The forum will be held in a hybrid format — face-to-face and online – in ten thematic areas.

Forms of participation and registration:
Choose one of the three main forms of participation and register on the website kazandigitalweek.com.
Members and premium members register until September 14th inclusive. The cost of premium participation is 100 thousand rubles.
Speakers are registered until August 1st. Abstracts are accepted until August 10. The volume is up to 250 words. Within 28 days from the date of receipt of abstracts, speakers will be notified of the approval or refusal to accept abstracts. Until August 10, you can change the topic of the report and make adjustments to the abstracts. After August 10, only updated versions of presentations are accepted — individually, with a cover letter by e-mail. org@kazandigitalweek.com.
Publication of articles
Articles are accepted for publication in the forum’s collection of materials until July 31. Publication in journals reviewed by the Higher Attestation Commission and indexed in the RSCI is possible.
Articles are accepted in strict accordance with the thematic areas and design requirements. They are checked by the Anti-Plagiarism program, double-blind peer review, and expert selection.
Webinars
In May, a series of webinars on the thematic areas of the forum was launched. It will last until September.

Hackathons
A marathon of Kazan Digital Legends hackathons and pitch sessions is taking place on the eve of the forum. The final will take place during the forum.

Job Fair
An exhibition of employer companies will be held at the forum site. Participants will be able to communicate with HR specialists of companies, learn about current vacancies, and declare themselves.
Exhibition
The forum will host an exhibition of high-tech developments, software, hardware and software complexes, and existing models of machinery and equipment. About 250 companies will take part in it.
The exhibitors use one of eight standard building options or an unequipped exhibition area of 15 sq.m.
